P.E.E.R.S. (Positive Engagement Encouraging Resilience) is a 6-week summer program for Shaker Heights High School students.

The P.E.E.R.S program is a hands-on, experiential learning program where students who apply and are selected to participate, will receive training on the YPAR (Youth Paticapatory Action Research) process to asses social justice or community issues that matter to them. During the six-week program, P.E.E.R.S participants will promote youth voice, civic engagement, leadership development, and resiliency on the social justice topic or in the community they have chosen.
